Representing the best, 34 years and counting.
But it was that passion—and our expertise—that has solidified our name as the go-to audio/visual manufacturer’s representative company in the industry. And though our staff has grown significantly since 1987, we’ve never lost our passion or our original business mantra: People first.
In fact, our large staff ensures that our customers receive personalized, one-to-one service every single time. Today, the 80s music may only play on retro days, but our firm belief in building lasting relationships with each customer has never gotten old.

It has been our pleasure to work with Mainline Marketing for 28 years. Hosa Technology has a daunting and constantly expanding product line. Clinton, Dana, and crew always come through for our company regardless of what challenges we present. It starts with sales, of course, and carries through to dealer support and corporate conformity. Mainline is truly an extension of our company. We are pleased to celebrate the 30th year or our association and look forward to 30 more.Jonathan Pusey, Director of Sales and Marketing
Hosa Technology, Inc.
The Mainline Marketing team has been a great partner and knows the meaning of great customer service. Clinton and his team are always available to support the product and the sale. They truly understand the meaning of 'making it happen' and providing solutions for projects.David Shoemaker
Our relationship with Mainline Marketing remains rock solid after many years of working together. In our industry today, we are spoiled for choice as far as equipment options are concerned, but we greatly value the consistently reliable and exceptional support we get from Clinton and his team at Mainline. Whatever the products, we know we can depend on Mainline to do the right thing. Thank you!Craig M. Beyrooti, President

I know that if I need instant attention and complete follow through on problems, products, information or even help prodding the manufacturer to deliver, I can count on Clinton, Dana et al, at Mainline. But perhaps the single most important factor that puts Mainline ahead of the rest is the relationship between their crew and ours. The genuine camaraderie and generosity mixed with the innate recognition of when to be serious makes Mainline the ideal partner. Thank you for being there for me and Technomedia al these years. Cheers!Nick Phillips, Director of New Business Development
As a manufacturer representative to Full Sail University, Mainline Marketing understands our educational goals and mission, then helps us connect with the right companies who can support us with those goals and mission. Not only do they provide an extraordinary service of representing their manufacturers, they also do an amazing job of representing Full Sail to their manufacturers.Scott Dansby, Director – Industry Relations

Clinton is happiest when projects are coming at him from all directions at 100 mph. And it’s a good thing too, since he is the president of one of the leading AV marketing firms in the industry. Not only does he manage the overall operations of the firm, the staff, the manufacturer relationships and key customers, he does all of it while developing winning strategies to drive business and maintaining a sweet balance of work and family.
Spain. I love the food, the culture, the weather and the wine!
None that I can talk about.
It’s no coincidence that Craig’s favorite book is Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone. A line in the book’s promotion blurb says, “Everything in life can—and should—be treated as a sale.” It’s this mentality that makes Craig top-notch in his role as North Florida territory manager, and manager of the entire Mainline sales team, from executive strategy for accounts to time management and coaching.
Put me on a cruise ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands to unplug, unwind and rejuvenate.

Michael loves the sense of camaraderie and trust he builds with his customers and his team when sharing his technical knowledge in the systems integration field. But it’s also his sense of humor that helps build those lasting relationships. His knack for balancing his exceptional technical expertise alongside his comic relief makes for the best of days.

For Steven, his role of managing retail and Pro AV accounts goes hand-in-hand with his expertise in sales and training for the manufacturers Mainline represents. He likes the fact that every day is a different encounter, trying new things, seeing new people, and always having something to do tomorrow. Having four kids helps with that, too.
Italy. I’m part Italian, and I would love to explore all the historical parts of the country, see the different scenery and of course enjoy the food – who doesn’t love pasta?!
Top Gun. It always has been. It has action, romance, suspense, redemption and it’s simply a classic — so many one liners from it.
Too many genres and options, can anyone really have only one?
Marco has never met a stranger! He truly enjoys interacting with customers, helping them develop solutions to meet their needs, and making sure they are fully satisfied. Some might call what Marco does “managing” relationships, but to him every day is an opportunity to connect with friends, old and new.
Nikola Tesla because, to me, he is one of greatest minds humanity has had! Despite his humble beginnings, he had big dreams such as free electricity for everyone. Of course, he was also a remarkable inventor, creating new patents throughout his life.
Italy. Besides the food, culture, and history, Italy is a place I love to visit because it is where my wife and I went on our honeymoon.
Officially, Dana’s titles include accountant, customer service rep and CRM. But unofficially? She likes to call herself the peacekeeper, psychologist, firefighter and fixer. And her colleagues would agree. After all, it’s the team—and striving for an empty inbox—that she enjoys most about her everyday work life. Her natural talents make Mainline run as smooth as the jazz that pipes through their sound systems.
I would never be stranded on a deserted island because you would have to take a boat to get there.
New England to be with family.
To say that Rob wears many hats would perfectly explain his answer about what he likes best about his role at Mainline — it’s always changing. Juggling the responsibilities of sales support, customer service and Mainline’s IT systems, Rob considers a job well done when it’s “slightly charred with no pink center.”
A boat, water purifier and a motor that runs on salt water.
Super powers, healing ability and more wishes.
Amy greets each day, each customer and each opportunity with a smile. It’s just part of what makes her amazing at communications, sales rep support and order processing for Mainline. She makes sure everything runs smoothly, and loves when everything is in its right place, including the smiles on everyone else’s faces.
Ashes to Ashes by David Bowie. I really have lots of favorite songs by artists in all sorts of different genres, but The Thin White Duke is my very favorite artist ever, and that particular song has been a favorite since I was a kid.
My dad trained me as a mechanic, and I was doing my brakes and changing my oil when I got my first car. I also worked as a magician’s assistant, so I can make all your problems disappear! (Couldn’t resist that one.) Also, I can twirl fire batons. Neat, huh?
Michael is what some people might describe as a “gear head” – he gets super excited about the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest products in our industry. What makes Michael exceptional is that he can play nicely with gear AND humans. In his role, he performs product demos and trainings for dealers and end-user customers. In addition, he assists our customers with project design and system commissioning. For Michael, a perfect day involves exceeding expectations, learning something new, and sharing his passion and understanding of cutting-edge technology with others.
Ireland. I am a descendant of Irish immigrants. I recently traveled there for the first time and loved the food, the atmosphere, and the people. It felt like home.

It’s a good thing Neil loves interacting with people as much as playing with gear! In his role, he spends most of his time supporting our customers and sales team by providing training, technical support, wireless frequency coordination, programming, and design assistance. As someone who can visualize the big picture while at the same time managing the details, Neil is also perfectly suited to coordinate internal and external events. Regardless of the role he’s playing, at the end of the day, Neil is happiest when he has exceeded customer expectations.
Name three items you would want if you were stranded on a desert island.
What is your favorite movie?
What is your favorite song?
Too many to list, but my favorite song to play on guitar is “Train to Birmingham.”
Do you have any secret talents?
I can dial in an espresso shot.
Jennifer believes there’s beauty in the details. Finding joy in being thorough — while creating training, guiding critical communications, maintaining the Mainline website, supporting special projects, or ensuring that manufacturer’s branding is consistent throughout the territory — she leads the way in Mainline’s commitment to constant growth. No detail ever sneaks by her. To Jennifer, a job well done means delivering perfection, time and time again.
I can’t pick just one! My top three: The Wizard of Oz, Airplane!, and Toni Erdman.
I’d take a cruise around the world and see as many countries as possible.
Wearing many hats comes naturally to Zach! From prepping demo kits, managing warehouse inventory, supporting events and logistics, to keeping up with and blogging about what’s happening in the industry, Zach enjoys supporting the team where needed and learning as much as he can in the process.
More time in the day, three vacations a year, and a personal chef.
Western Europe, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and the United Kingdom.
Not so much a talent, but a fun fact – I like to make unpleasing noises on my computer in the studio and sometimes make them sound halfway decent.
