Not only does he manage the overall operations of the firm, the staff, the manufacturer relationships and key customers, he does all of it while developing winning strategies to drive business and maintaining a sweet balance of work and family.

It’s no coincidence that Craig’s favorite book is Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone. A line in the book’s promotion blurb says, “Everything in life can—and should—be treated as a sale.” It’s this mentality that makes Craig top-notch in his role as North Florida Business Development Manager, and manager of the entire Mainline sales team, from executive strategy for accounts to time management and coaching.

Michael loves the sense of camaraderie and trust he builds with his customers and his team when sharing his technical knowledge in the systems integration field. But it’s also his sense of humor that helps build those lasting relationships. His knack for balancing his exceptional technical expertise alongside his comic relief makes for the best of days.

Steven’s extensive experience and product knowledge means he is a great resource to our customers. He likes the fact that every day is different, trying new things, interacting with new people, and always having something to do tomorrow. Having four kids helps with that, too.

It doesn’t surprise us that Luis’ favorite movie is “Rocky,” which not only had a lasting impact on popular culture but remains a symbol of determination, grit, and the pursuit of one’s dreams. Luis’ dedication to fulfilling his promises is not just a professional trait, it’s an integral part of who he is. He doesn’t just build relationships, Luis is a shining example of a reliable friend and colleague. If trustworthiness and dependability were superheroes, Luis would be their undisputed leader.

Officially, Dana’s titles include accountant, customer service rep and CRM. But unofficially? She likes to call herself the peacekeeper, psychologist, firefighter, and fixer. And her colleagues would agree. After all, it’s the team—and striving for an empty inbox—that she enjoys most about her everyday work life. Her natural talents make Mainline run as smooth as the jazz that pipes through their sound systems.

To say that Rob wears many hats would perfectly explain his answer about what he likes best about his role at Mainline — it’s always changing. Juggling the responsibilities of sales support, customer service  and Mainline’s IT systems, Rob considers a job well done when it’s “slightly charred with no pink center.”

Meet Teresa, our resident Customer Service expert at Mainline. Much like her love of gardening, she nurtures her relationships with the people she works with. Leveraging her rich background in customer interaction, she’s our go-to for timely communication and problem resolution. With a relentless dedication to efficient service, Teresa keeps the wheels turning, ensuring our customers always feel heard and get the help that they need.

Michael is what some people might describe as a “gear head” – he gets super excited about the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest products in our industry. What makes Michael exceptional is that he can play nicely with gear AND humans. In his role, he performs product demos and trainings for dealers and end-user customers. In addition, he assists our customers with project design and system commissioning. For Michael, a perfect day involves exceeding expectations, learning something new, and sharing his passion and understanding of cutting-edge technology with others.

Colin is a true music aficionado whose passion for sound and performance is contagious. It makes perfect sense to us that Colin’s favorite genre is jazz. Jazz, like life, is a complex and dynamic journey filled with improvisation, rhythm, harmony, and sometimes, a touch of chaos – which is where Colin thrives. His days can range from performing product demos and trainings for dealers and end-user customers, to assisting with project design and system commissioning, planning and executing events, and working with the marketing team on special projects. For Colin, a perfect day is one filled with new knowledge, inspiring others, and sharing his love for music and technology with everyone he meets.

Jennifer believes there’s beauty in the details. Finding joy in being thorough — while creating training, guiding critical communications, maintaining the Mainline website, supporting special projects, or ensuring that manufacturer’s branding is consistent throughout the territory — she leads the way in Mainline’s commitment to constant growth. No detail ever sneaks by her. To Jennifer, a job well done means delivering perfection, time and time again.
