- Build and manage sample kits and track gear in/out.
- Organize and facilitate events, clinics, and hands-on workshops.
- Assist dealers with system design and, when needed, programming support.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team on presentations, system specs, and proposals.
- Stay current with lighting technologies, control protocols (DMX, Art-Net, sACN), and industry trends.
- Work with our marketing team by suggesting content ideas for our website, socials, and newsletters.
- Represent Mainline at trade shows, manufacturer trainings, and industry events.
You Definitely…
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a lighting technician, programmer, or designer in live events, theater, concerts, or related environments.
- Are skilled at programming and operating professional lighting control consoles (e.g. grandMA, ETC EOS, Avolites, High End Systems, Obsidian, etc.)
- Are highly technical, with hands-on knowledge of lighting fixtures and control systems used in production and installations (theaters, stadiums, houses of worship).
- Can clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Are comfortable presenting to groups and working directly with clients.
- Have solid organizational skills and can keep projects on track.
- Are fluent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Reside in the greater Orlando area.
- Are willing to travel for demos, trainings, and events.
- Have a valid driver’s license to travel as required.

- Hold manufacturer or trade certifications (Dante, DSP, lighting consoles, speakers, etc.).
- Have a strong understanding of electrical distribution and power requirements for large-scale lighting setups.
- Are knowledgeable about electrical circuits, power distribution systems, and the ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
