Stem Ecosystem Large Meeting Room

Designing a room for a complete audio-visual experience can take time and effort. If done wrong, it can be a nuisance for all attendees!

How do you ensure all devices are compatible and work seamlessly together? The Shure Stem Ecosystem provides a customizable audio experience that is not only flexible but also easy to manage. Interested to learn more? Read on!

Video Conferencing Is Here To Stay

Over the past couple of years, a large number of companies have moved their in-person correspondence to video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more.

We have officially entered the hybrid work era, and it’s unlikely we’ll be going back any time soon.

The videoconferencing market is growing rapidly and is expected to grow to an estimated $9.7 billion by 2026. According to the Impact of Video Conferencing Report, 50% of the people surveyed believe companies that utilize video conferencing are more innovative. And 62% of the respondents use video for meetings with customers or partners.

Collaboration Made Easy

Shure Stem products are designed to be used in all spaces — ranging from small huddle rooms to large conference rooms.

While every room is unique and comes with its own set of challenges, Stem products offer the flexibility needed to integrate audio and visual systems according to the room’s specific needs.

With the Stem Ecosystem, speech is captured accurately and reproduced intelligibly. As a result, participants in the room can easily collaborate with others attending through video conferencing platforms. The system also eliminates the need for extra mics and unnecessary clutter.

An Effortless Experience In Any Room

The Stem Ecosystem is a reliable AV system that offers high-quality audio for all types of rooms. It provides the freedom to create, manage, and scale the audio for your collaboration space. With this Shure system, you can enjoy an effortless and hands-free experience.

In a Stem Ecosystem, all devices are directly connected to your network through a single ethernet cable. This ensures high-speed performance and limits connectivity issues.

The Stem Ecosystem is compatible with rooms of all sizes, including:

Huddle Rooms

Huddle rooms are small rooms designed for quick and impromptu chats. While a huddle room may not require a lot of equipment, you still need to take the time to plan and make sure the equipment you use will work together to accomplish your needs.

Stem Table is a high-quality conferencing speakerphone equipped with nine microphones that ensure a clear and crisp audio experience for every person in the room. A single Stem Table is powerful enough to pick up several different people sitting around a table, and the innovative downward-facing speakers will make sure meeting participants can hear the other side clearly as well. If you prefer to keep your table free of devices, a Stem Wall or Ceiling will keep your workspace clutter-free.

Medium and Large Conference Rooms

Conference rooms offer an environment where professionals can spend time finding solutions to problems, discussing project progress, and addressing concerns. If the audio-visual experience in a conference room is not optimized, it can negatively impact the quality of work being done.

In a medium-sized conference room, you can choose between one or two Stem Ceilings or a Wall. The Stem Ceiling mounts on the ceiling of your conference room, and has an audio fencing mode to keep unwanted noises out of your call. The Stem Wall can be mounted on a wall or flat surface and has 15 beamforming microphones with full-range speakers and subwoofers.

You can also mix and match devices depending on the room. For example, depending on your preference, you can opt for two Stem Ceilings and two Stem Tables or one Stem Ceiling and two Stem Tables.

Large-sized conference rooms occupy larger areas and therefore require a combination of devices that can work together within the space. When using multiple Stem devices in the same room, a Stem Hub is needed to connect everything together.

U-Shaped Conference Rooms

U-shaped conference rooms are often utilized for presentations and training sessions. In a U-shaped conference room, the tables and chairs are arranged in a U shape, allowing more versatility and greater engagement with attendees.

Shure’s Stem Ecosystem offers various design options for U-shaped conference rooms. A combination of three Tables or three Ceilings with the Hub and Control system will ensure greater outreach to everyone in the room. You can also use one Wall and two Ceilings with the Hub and Control system to maximize your reach.

Classrooms

As education is a crucial aspect of our lives, it is essential to reach every individual without any bumps and glitches.

Depending on the size of the room, classrooms can utilize various Stem Ecosystem models. A three-Wall design with Hub and Control system provides 180 degrees of coverage to all parts of the room. If you prefer Ceilings, installing four Ceilings together can be a great idea as well! Or, two Walls at the front of the classroom can be paired with two Ceilings that pick up students at the back of the room.

Conclusion

Shure offers high-quality products for conference rooms and meeting spaces of all sizes. The microphones and speakers in the ecosystem provide outstanding acoustics for the people in the room and also for those attending remotely through a video conferencing platform. You can also mix and match products depending on your aesthetics and preference.
