Mainline is excited to announce the addition of Victor Russo as our new Business Development Manager in South Florida!

Victor brings a potent blend of technical knowledge, relationship management skills, and a proven track record of success in the professional AV industry.

Victor’s passion for music and AV technology dates back to his childhood, when he would re-wire the speakers and adjust the EQ settings on his parents’ living room stereo for fun. His journey from a curious, tech-savvy child to a seasoned AV professional was fueled by his dedication and education. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an MBA with a focus on Project Management, both from Palm Beach Atlantic University. His deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of the industry has made him a valuable asset in every role he’s taken on.

Victor is joining Mainline after nearly a decade at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, FL, where he most recently served as the Director of Technology Integration. In this role, Victor bridged the gap between AV, IT, and live production technologies, managing large-scale projects that spanned music venues, theaters, education spaces, banquet halls, and conference rooms across a multi-venue campus. His experience in managing complex, multi-faceted systems has honed his ability to deliver high-impact solutions to a wide range of clients.
