He’s happiest when projects are coming at him from all directions at 100 mph. And it’s a good thing too, since Clinton is the president of one of the leading AV marketing firms in the industry. Not only does he manage the overall operations of the firm, the staff, the manufacturer relationships and key customers, he does all of it while developing winning strategies to drive business and maintaining a sweet balance of work and family.
If you could vacation anywhere right now, where would you travel to?
Spain. I love the food, the culture, the weather and the wine!
Do you have any secret talents?
None that I can talk about.
It’s no coincidence that Craig’s favorite book is Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone. A line in the book’s promotion blurb says, “Everything in life can—and should—be treated as a sale.” It’s this mentality that makes Craig top-notch in his role as North Florida territory manager, and manager of the entire Mainline sales team, from executive strategy for accounts to time management and coaching.
He’ll hold your hand all the way from Central Florida to South Florida because that’s his job. Well, kind of. Chuck’s main goal at Mainline is to grow existing business in South Florida and expand new business, everything related to system integration, including sales, marketing, instruction, advice and that hand-holding part. But that’s just the beginning. He finds joy in his work when no matter the circumstance, he can help a customer find the best course of action for their AV needs. It’s a job well done that he seeks not for himself, but for meeting the expectations of everyone involved in the project.
Michael loves the sense of camaraderie and trust he builds with his customers and his team when sharing his technical knowledge in the systems integration field. But it’s also his sense of humor that helps build those lasting relationships. His knack for balancing his exceptional technical expertise alongside his comic relief makes for the best of days.

For Steven, his role of managing retail and Pro AV accounts goes hand in hand with his expertise in sales and training for the manufacturers Mainline represents. He likes the fact that every day is a different encounter, trying new things, seeing new people and always having something to do tomorrow. Having four kids helps with that, too.
Many have said that Ramar has never met a stranger — his approachable style and infectious smile makes it hard not to like him. But he’s also never met a job that he couldn’t tackle with efficiency, fortitude and careful planning. As a relationship manager for music stores and production companies, he works tirelessly to provide the best service to customers looking to stock their inventory with the top AV equipment. And he does so with precision without ever losing the smile on his face.
Officially, Dana’s titles include accountant, customer service rep and CRM. But unofficially? She likes to call herself the peacekeeper, psychologist, firefighter and fixer. And her colleagues would agree. After all, it’s the team—and striving for an empty inbox—that she enjoys most about her everyday work life. Her natural talents make Mainline run as smooth as the jazz that pipes through their sound systems.
To say that Rob wears many hats would perfectly explain his answer about what he likes best about his role at Mainline — it’s always changing. Juggling the responsibilities of sales support, customer service, social media and Mainline’s IT systems, Rob considers a job well done when it’s “slightly charred with no pink center.”
Amy greets each day, each customer and each opportunity with a smile. It’s just part of what makes her amazing at communications, sales rep support and order processing for Mainline. She makes sure everything runs smoothly, and loves when everything is in its right place, including the smiles on everyone else’s faces.
