Mainline Marketing takes pride in the services we provide for our dealers, consultants and manufacturers. We have broad experience in all aspects of professional and commercial audio and video, including recording, broadcast and live sound.

Our sales staff has more than 40 years of combined sales experience. They are formally trained and continue to improve their sales skills by attending seminars and networking with other sales professionals.

Our inside sales staff are driven by providing the best in customer service. They provide our dealers and manufacturers the services and information they need to make the order process as easy as possible. Their goal is to maximize sales opportunities and eliminate order errors. They encourage dealers to call with customer-service questions and concerns to provide a single point of contact.



Clinton Muntean
Sales Manager/ President

Clinton manages sales, distribution and dealer education for the key accounts throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. His ability to build relationships and provide results has strengthened Mainline’s position tremendously in our territory.

Clinton has over 20 years of sales and management experience. After graduating second in his class from Full Sail, Clinton worked at Soundelux Showorks as a sound editor. There he gained valuable technical experience in recording and post-production as well as commercial AV. In 2000, he joined Mainline Marketing as a sales representative and has been the president of the firm since 2004.


 

Michael Cooley, CTS
Territory Manager

Michael manages sales, distribution and dealer education in the Central Florida territory. His experience managing A/V projects for a large venue gives Michael a unique perspective when reviewing projects with the integrators he partners with.

Michael started his career as a musician and is a graduate of Full Sail. While music formed the basis of Michael’s background, his work experiences are diverse – from studio production, to live sound reinforcement, broadcast and post-production. Michael brings with him a wealth of real-world experiences. Prior to joining Mainline, Michael was the Staff Audio Engineer for the Tampa Bay Lightning and the St. Pete Times Forum.


 

Steven Harger, CTS
Territory Manager

Steven manages sales, distribution and dealer education in the South Florida territory. His real-world experience from the House of Worship and Theater markets is very valuable when working with the integrators who service those markets.

Steven is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University. His work experiences include sound reinforcement, lighting, video production and post-production. His skills include leadership, presentation and training. All of these attributes make him a valuable asset to both Mainline and his customers.

Craig manages sales, distribution and dealer education in the North Florida territory. His experience managing A/V projects for Houses of Worship gives Craig an insider’s perspective when reviewing projects with the integrators he partners with.

Craig comes to Mainline Marketing with over 15 years of varied experience in professional audio and video markets.  He joins us with an extensive knowledge of digital signal processing and complex system design.  Craig began his career in the production industry as a studio technician and manager and over time worked his way into manufacturers representation for the Mid-Atlantic states.  He has a hands on understanding of the house of worship market having served in technical ministry for many years.  


 

Tony Rodriguez
Inside Sales Manager

Tony manages the firm's inside sales efforts. He works closely with our customers, providing inside customer support and soliciting orders. In addition, Tony manages his own group of accounts and assists the outside sales team, increasing their efficiency and impacting overall sales. With his extensive customer service experience, Tony adds great value to our firm and our customers.

Tony came to us with over 5 years of customer service and leadership experience. He also worked in live production as a freelance engineer and as a professional musician. He continues to play live in the Orlando area and helps to record local bands in the Central Florida area in his free time. He received an Associate’s degree in Recording Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

 

 

Dana Sadowski
Accounting Manager

Dana has a strong background in bookkeeping and manages the day-to-day accounting operations within our firm. She also provides customer support, working closely with our customers, soliciting and processing purchase orders, communicating order status, arranging return authorizations and building quotes. Dana’s outstanding customer service skills and commitment to excellence have led to strong relationships with Mainline’s customers and manufacturers.

Rob Baker, CTS
Operations Manager / Social Networking Specialist

Rob manages our technology assets, cloud services and data, in addition to supporting day-to-day customer service needs. His data management allows the sales team to maximize opportunities and avoid duplication of efforts. He also supports sales forecasts by reporting data to the sales team and manufacturers.  In addition, Rob is responsible for Mainline’s social networking sites – his efforts have made Mainline one of the most liked/followed of firms in our industry. Rob has been instrumental in using the latest marketing and social networking tools to reach even more of our customers and increase Mainline’s presence on the web.

Rob is a graduate of Full Sail and has extensive live sound and recording experience. He continues to do live sound events in his spare time. His work experiences have focused on technology, sales and customer service, live sound reinforcement and post-production.
